Goods Sold Terms & Conditions

Buyer acknowledges and agrees to Conditions of Sale ( Posted or announced) upon award of bid at Integrity Public Auction.

-All purchases must be paid in full by specified times

-All Sales are final

-No refunds after the day of sale

-Payments accepted: Cash, Cashier’s Check, Major Credit Cards, and Debit Cards

-All items are sold as-is-where-is with all faults

-Please inspect all lots prior to bidding

-Buyer is solely responsible determining the condition, faults, and proper identification of auction merchandise

-Items may be added or deleted from sale by the auctioneer

-15% Buyers premium will be added to the sales price

-Invoice when receipted is the Bill of Sale

-All merchandise not loaded out by specified time and left at Integrity Public Auction is entirely at purchaser’s risk for any and all losses due to damage, theft, weather, etc.

-Integrity Public Auction will assist load out at Purchaser’s request. Integrity Public Auction will not be responsible for any damages to items purchased, personal property or person that occur during load out.

-Items left after the specified amount of time for pick up will be forfeited along with payment. If unpaid your account will be flagged and two unpaid invoices will result in a freeze of your account.

-NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS AFTER THE DAY OF THE SALE.
